How to Self-Schedule a Make-Up Lesson

When you cancel a lesson with more than 24 hours, you will receive make-up lesson credit that will expire 30 days after being issued. This make-up lesson credit applies the payment of the current canceled lesson to the make-up lesson. If a lesson is not made up within 30 days, the lesson payment for that lesson is forfeited.

You can view your make-up lesson credits at any time in your Duet Partner Account.

Click on the $ (dollar sign) at the top of the page.

Make-up Lessons will be virtual. A Zoom link is provided when you schedule on Duet Partner.

Students/ Parents are responsible for self-scheduling make-up lessons this year using Duet Partner. Please follow the instructions below to schedule your make-up lesson.

Log in to your Duet Partner account: https://michellegergich.duetpartner.com/login

Click on Calendar

Each month, you will see days on the calendar that are green and say “Make-Up Lesson.” Click on Make-Up Lesson on the day that you would like to schedule your make-up lesson.
*If a lesson is already scheduled during this time, the booked time will say “Scheduled.” This way, you will know to avoid this time in the book availability step.

The Book Availability popup box will come up. In the Book Availability popup box, in the Time field, type in which time slot you want your make-up lesson to start at.

In this example, the time frame for make-up lessons is 6:00-8:00pm. My Example Students needed a 30 minute lesson, and chose 7:00-7:30pm.

5. At the bottom of the Book Availability popup box, check the YES box next to the question “Looks like you have a make-up credit! Do you want to apply it”
6. Click on the Book It Button.
7. Click on the Check Mark button so that it shows you are scheduled for the make-up lesson on your calendar.
8. The Make-Up Lesson will now show up on your calendar. When you click on the lesson, it will show you the Zoom link to use for the virtual make-up lesson.
