I understand that my lesson time slot is reserved weekly for me, and is not adjustable without prior notice. I understand that I will charged for my lesson if I cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson time. The exceptions are illness and emergencies.

I understand that make-up lesson opportunities will only be granted for two short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours).
